Practice Announcement

Dr. Aaron Grober’s last day to see patients in the clinic is July 31, 2026. Patients with appointments after this time will be contacted by our care team to transfer care to another provider. Patient medical records will remain on file with the practice. Patients who would like a copy of their medical record should download a request form from the Patient Center. Please fax the form to (512) 623-5399 or mail it to 4316 James Casey St. Building C, 1st floor, Austin, TX, 78745. For assistance in obtaining a medical record, please call (512) 623-5300.

La Grange Office Relocation
